This premium mushroom casing layer is hydrated, pH adjusted, pasteurized and ready to use right out of the bag. This product is sealed in filter patch mushroom bag and can be stored in the fridge for up to 30 days. If you need more time, it can be stored in the freezer and then thawed out before use. Each substrate bag is sealed first and then pasteurized at 65ºC for 90 minutes.
